Marketing & Digital Director with 24 years’ experience delivering brand growth, digital transformation, and customer-first strategies across retail, hospitality, travel and building materials. My career spans some of the UK’s most recognised names including Greggs, Harvester, Pizza Hut Delivery, Screwfix, Howdens and Thomas Cook. Today I lead marketing, digital, ecommerce and ESG at Lords Group Trading, a £500m+ multi-brand group. What drives me is simple: helping businesses grow by putting customers first. That has meant leading major rebrands, shaping sponsorships and partnerships, scaling digital/ ecommerce, embedding CRM and insight-led strategies, and building customer journeys that deliver both commercial results and memorable experiences. Some highlights include: - Delivering sustained double-digit online growth and building ecommerce into a core revenue channel - Scaling SEO and performance marketing to achieve four-figure growth in organic traffic and a strong ROAS from PPC investment - Relaunching Harvester with a new brand identity and menu strategy, driving multi-million-pound incremental sales - Creating omnichannel marketing plans at Thomas Cook, managing a £20m+ budget across 12 sub-brands - Building and restructuring high-performing teams, embedding pace, accountability and creativity I thrive at Board level, shaping strategy, influencing stakeholders and aligning marketing and digital transformation with wider business priorities.
