Accomplished Non-Executive Director, Chair and strategic advisor with over 23 years’ leadership experience, manily in turnarounds and transformations.
I help organisations use Customer learnings to create Commercial Transformations and build brands across channels.
I bring a blend of board-level governance, executive leadership and hands-on lived experience and capability, to support organisations through scale-up, turnaround, digital transformation, brand repositioning and cultural change.
My background is as Customer and Marketing lead, spanning some of the UK’s most recognisable consumer and retail brands including Majestic Wine, Tesco, Wickes, Musgrave (Budgens & Londis), Hamleys, MFI, Waitrose and Wyevale. Across these environments I have led major customer, brand, digital and data strategies that delivered sustained commercial results, including significant customer expansion, EBITDA growth, and multi-year organisational transformation.
Alongside executive leadership, I hold a portfolio of Board and Advisory positions, including NED, Chair and growth/strategy advisor roles in both commercial and not-for-profit organisations. I’m particularly focused on helping boards and CEOs achieve clarity of strategy, strengthen governance, build customer-centric cultures and embed AI and data-led decision-making.
I am known for an open, collaborative style that encourages constructive challenge, cross-functional alignment and strong stakeholder relationships. I champion diversity, inclusivity and modern organisational design, and enjoy working with teams to identify opportunities, simplify complexity and deliver meaningful, measurable progress.
