I'm a fractional Chief Product Officer with 20 years of product leadership spanning telecoms, regulated infrastructure, enterprise software, and datacentres. I held full-time product leadership roles at Vodafone, AtlasEdge, and Colt, and have delivered fractional/advisory engagements at VMO2 and Arqiva. I work with organisations from early-stage startups through to SMB scale where product has outgrown ad hoc management: no clear roadmap ownership, no repeatable product process, and messaging or go-to-market that hasn't kept pace with the business.
