- Vivid Toy Group - Privet Capital - successful exit. Interim CMO. Toys: EUR: upto 30% growth. US: Listings doubled. Revitalised Crayola in UK & EUR - strong growth. Transformed strategy, innovation, CAPEX processes and go-to-market, pivoting to US focus.
- Hornby PLC - AIM listed. Interim CCO. Turnaround: underlying profitability +£5m, 25% inventory reduction, positive cash-flow. E-commerce - double digit growth & rolled out to EUR/USA; optimised performance marketing. Rebuilt innovation pipeline & new CAPEX process. Restructured team to build digital eco-system, global brand platforms, and key national accounts.
