I am the Founder and Operations Director of VCSP Ltd, where I built a UK engineering and manufacturing business from start-up into a seven-figure operation.
My experience covers the full operational picture, including project delivery, manufacturing, procurement, supplier management, pricing and margin, capacity planning, quality, CAPEX and developing in-house production capability.
I work best in businesses where growth, delivery pressure or complexity has started to outpace the operating structure. I enjoy getting close to the operation, identifying the real constraints and putting practical controls, priorities and accountability in place.
